About WallPrintGear
We're a factory-direct wall printer manufacturer. We design and build the machines ourselves, sell them straight from the line that makes them, and have been doing it since 2018 — today shipping to 47 countries. Below: who we are, the factory and output behind the machines, the functional teams that support you after the sale, and the commitments and certifications we stand behind. No middle layer, no reseller markup — just the factory and you.
Who We Are
WallPrintGear is a wall printer company that designs and builds its own machines and sells them factory-direct, worldwide. That's the whole model in one line: the equipment you're evaluating is made on our own production line, not sourced and rebadged — so when you buy, you're dealing with the factory that builds it, not a layer in between.
- We build, we don't resell. The machine, the parts and the after-sales chain all sit under one roof — the factory that makes it.
- We sell direct, to any market. Single unit or a channel order, no full-container minimum to start — shipping to buyers in 47 countries.
- We've been at it since 2018. Long enough to run a steady line and stock parts for years — the detail is in the next two sections.
The rest of this page is the proof behind that: the factory and output (below), and the teams and commitments that back you after the sale.
Our Factory, and What We've Built Since 2018
Here's the part that matters when you're deciding whether a supplier is real: we run our own factory and our own production line. The machines aren't sourced from someone else and relabelled — they're built on the line we run. That's what factory-direct actually means here, and it's the difference between a manufacturer and a middle layer.
Since 2018 — Steady, Not a Story
We started building wall printers in 2018, and the honest version of our history isn't a highlight reel — it's consistency. Over the years since then, the same things have held true:
- Since 2018, we've been building wall printers on our own line — that's the starting point, and it hasn't changed.
- Over the years, we've kept output steady at 120–180 units a month — enough to run a real production rhythm, not a garage batch.
- Today, those machines ship to buyers in 47 countries, with the same certifications and the same after-sales chain behind each one.
That's the whole timeline told straight: a factory that started in 2018 and has been running the same line, at the same steady output, ever since. No inflated milestones — just a line that's kept going.
Our Own Line, In-House Parts, Factory-Direct
The capability behind the machine, in specifics — not slogans:
- Our own production lineThe machines are built on the line we run ourselves — factory-direct, with no reseller layer between the factory and you.
- Steady output: 120–180 units / monthA real, repeatable production rhythm — the volume that lets us stock parts, hold certifications and support what we ship.
- In-house parts stockCore parts kept in-house and ready to go, so a machine keeps running instead of waiting on a part from somewhere else.
- Single unit, no full-container minimumYou can start with one machine, not a container — the same line that fills channel orders will ship you a single unit.
- Shipping to 47 countriesThe output goes to buyers worldwide — the reach a steady line makes possible.
The reason we can promise the parts and after-sales in the next section is simple: the volume is real. A factory building 120–180 units a month since 2018 has the reason — and the stock — to support what it sells.
A factory is only as good as the people who stand behind what it ships. Here's who backs you. ↓
Our Team, and What Backs You After the Sale
A machine is only half of what you're buying — the other half is who's on the line when something needs answering. We won't dress this up with names and titles; what matters to you is the functional roles that support you, and what each one is there to do.
The Functional Roles That Support You
Sales engineers
The people who help you scope the right machine for your work and configuration — technical, not just order-taking.
QC (quality-control) team
Checks the machines before they ship, so what leaves the line is what you're paying for — the reason the after-sales load stays low.
Production line team
The people who actually build the machines on our own line — the source of the steady 120–180-a-month output.
After-sales support team
Your point of contact once the machine is running — parts, guidance and the warranty, handled by the factory, not a reseller.
R&D
The team keeping the machines and workflow current, so the equipment you buy isn't a dead-end platform.
That's the team you deal with, described by what they do for you — not by titles on an org chart. When you talk to us, you're talking to the factory's own functions, end to end.
The Commitments Behind Every Machine
The teams above stand behind concrete commitments — the same ones on every machine we ship, in specifics, not slogans:
12-month parts warranty
A defined 12-month parts warranty — a real window we stand behind, not a "lifetime" claim no factory can honor.
Spare parts stocked ≥ 5 years
Core parts kept in-house for at least 5 years, plus in-house stock ready to ship — so a machine keeps earning, not stranded on a part.
7-day transit damage cover
Transit damage reported within 7 days of delivery is covered — the freight-leg risk isn't yours to absorb.
Factory-direct
You buy straight from the line that builds the machine — single unit, no full-container minimum to start.
Four certifications clear the equipment for your markets: CE · FCC · RoHS · ISO 9001. All four are third-party validated. Certificate copies are shared during the quote / order step under NDA rather than published on the page — the reason you won't see certificate numbers printed here.
